Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Numbly provides access to digital marketplace services, account tools, and related features. You may use the platform only if you can form a binding contract and comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

3. Permitted use

You agree not to use Numbly to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform security.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the service for deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Scrape, resell, or exploit the service in ways that exceed your plan or our written permission.

4. Services, availability, and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform, address security, comply with law, or manage operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may apply maintenance windows or rate limits where necessary.

5. Payments and balances

If you purchase services, top up a wallet, or complete other paid actions, you authorize Numbly and its payment providers to process the transaction. Prices, fees, and credits are shown at the time of purchase and may change prospectively. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the refund rules published on the platform or provided by support.

6. User content and communications

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Numbly a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and provide support. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate policy.

7. Third-party services

Numbly may integrate with third-party providers for authentication, analytics, infrastructure, payment processing, or support. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their independent actions or failures.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe your account or use of the service creates risk, violates these terms, or is otherwise harmful to Numbly, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the platform at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numbly disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channels available in the app or website. If you need a formal review for your business, please consult qualified legal counsel.
